Hamidun Koko

Midun, the fifth of seven siblings, hails from the serene village of Alor Kecil. Growing up in a farming family, he developed a strong connection to the land and a deep respect for nature and community. After completing his junior high school education, Midun’s path took a remarkable turn toward the sea.

He began his diving journey with La Petite Kepa, where his curiosity for the underwater world first bloomed. His dedication and quiet determination led him to Nautika Dive Alor, where he successfully advanced his training and became a certified PADI Divemaster. Now, he is among the few Alorese divers to achieve this professional milestone.

Midun is known for his calm presence, thoughtful nature, and unwavering focus during dives. His love for the ocean is not just a hobby but a vocation—one that reflects his deep desire to preserve Alor’s marine beauty and contribute to its growing dive tourism industry.

Through his work, Midun hopes to see Alor develop in meaningful ways, with a future that honors both the land and the sea.
