Mustika A. Djakra

Mustika, the eldest of six siblings, was born and raised in Alor Besar. With a strong foundation built by her family—her parent working as a civil servant—Mustika grew up with a deep sense of responsibility and a drive to lead by example.

Armed with a degree in Accounting, she now serves as the accountant at Nautika Dive Alor, where she brings structure, clarity, and precision to every financial detail. Calm, composed, and quietly diligent, Mustika ensures that Nautika’s operations flow smoothly behind the scenes.

Beyond numbers, Mustika is a traveler at heart. She finds joy in exploring new places, which fuels her curiosity and broadens her perspective. Her passion for adventure balances beautifully with her structured work life.

Her message for the future of Alor is clear: progress with purpose. She dreams of a better Alor, where opportunity is abundant and unemployment is reduced—allowing more people, especially the younger generation, to thrive.
