Ramadhan Ibrahim Wutun

Ramdan, the third of five siblings, comes from the island of Lembata, where he was raised in a humble household by a hardworking driver. With a background in social studies from high school, he brings a thoughtful mindset and a cheerful attitude to his role as an F&B Attendant at Nautika Dive Alor.

Energetic, friendly, and always in motion, Ramdan is known for his love of futsal and group workouts. He brings the same liveliness into his work, creating a fun and positive atmosphere for guests and team members alike. His ability to keep things light, even in fast-paced situations, is part of what makes him such a valued presence.

Beneath the jokes and easy laughter, Ramdan has a generous heart. He believes in helping people feel seen, supported, and included—both in everyday moments and in the bigger picture of building a kinder, more connected community.

His message for the future of Alor is rooted in care: he hopes for a more supportive, joyful, and equitable community—where even small acts of kindness can help everyone move forward together.
