Edi, originally from Kuningan, West Java, is the fifth of six siblings and comes from a family rooted in farming values. With a background of modest education and deep life experience, he brings wisdom, resilience, and heart to his role as Nautika Dive Alor’s head cook.
Known for his calm demeanor and tireless work ethic, Edi is the quiet engine of Nautika’s kitchen. He moves with quiet confidence, managing the kitchen with precision and care. Whether preparing a quick meal or crafting an elaborate dinner, his food always carries the warmth of home.
