Quiet yet dependable, Ida is someone who speaks through her actions. Her love for cooking is reflected in the thoughtful meals she prepares every day—nourishing guests and team members alike with both flavor and warmth.
In her free time, Ida enjoys making jagung titi, a beloved local snack of roasted corn pounded by hand. Her dedication to this tradition keeps her connected to her roots and the cultural richness of Alor.
Ida’s wish is for Alor to continue moving forward and improving. Through her work at Nautika, she contributes to that hope with every dish she serves—fueling not just bodies, but the spirit of progress.
