WHAT'S THE PADI OPEN WATER COURSE?
In the PADI Open Water Course, you learn diving basics for safe underwater exploration. You'll cover theory on diving principles, equipment, and safety, followed by a test. You'll practice basic skills during a confined water session. Afterward, you'll do four open water dives with a instructor, applying what you've learned in real underwater environments. Completing this course qualifies you as a certified diver.

PREREQUISITES​

Must be 12 years or older.

Must be able to complete the PADI medical statement.
