Born and raised in the vibrant village of Alor Besar, she is the eldest among her siblings. Her upbringing in a farming household instilled in her a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility towards her community.

After completing her studies at SMA Muhammadiyah Kalabahi, Rusni ventured to Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, where she gained valuable work experience. However, her heart and soul remained tied to her beloved Alor, prompting her to return to contribute to the development of her hometown.

Rusni's dedication and enthusiasm are evident in her role at Nautika. As a hardworking staff member, she approaches her responsibilities with utmost commitment and professionalism.
